Please note that our offices are closed on weekends and UK Bank holidays, if your order is placed whilst our office is closed it will be posted as soon as we re-open.

Fast Delivery
We aim to ship your order the same day as the order is received by us. However, if an item is not in stock, then we will try to contact you by email to let you know the date that we will be shipping the order to you.

Our shipping partner is the UK Royal Mail service. A signature may be requested upon delivery but if you are not available to sign for your order then it will be stored in your local sorting office for 1 week after the date of delivery, and must be picked up during this time. If you do not collect it within the allotted time, then we reserve the right to charge you again for delivery.

If for some reason you need your order to be with you much faster than any of the quoted delivery times below, then please email us at customer.services@maxcleavage.com, as we may be able to arrange a courier to deliver the items to you much more quickly for an additional charge.

Overseas Delivery Options - Please note if you are outside the UK, your local customs office may charge local taxes on delivery to you.  This also now applies for orders to EU countries.

PLEASE NOTE OUR FEDEX and DHL PARCELS ARE COLLECTED AT 12.00PM (UK TIME) MONDAY-FRIDAY SO YOU MUST PUT YOUR ORDERS THROUGH BEFORE THIS TIMES IN ORDER FOR YOUR PARCEL TO BE SHIPPED THAT DAY.  PARCELS SENT INTERNATIONALLY WITH EITHER OF THESE COURIERS MAY END UP COSTING MORE THAN THE GUIDE PRICE BELOW IN WHICH CASE WE WILL EMAIL YOU
